Ethos ⭐ School development day ❤️

We had the most wonderful day with our friends Derek and Heather from the Controlled Schools Support Council. 

 

We discussed our ethos and values and what we want to achieve for the young people in our care.

 

Alot of ideas and discussion with focus on our whole school community.
