Taughmonagh Primary School is a small, friendly school situated in South Belfast with a Nursery, three Speech and Language Classes and a Social Communication Class.

At Taughmonagh Primary and Nursery Unit, we have high expectations and by providing a stimulating environment in which children will be encouraged to learn. We enable them to fulfil their potential, therefore preparing them for their future. It is imperative to find things that motivate every child and appeal to their learning styles, thus providing them with access to a broad, varied and exciting curriculum and this is always at the forefront of what we do.

We work in partnership with parents and the community to provide a happy, friendly and caring school where children feel secure and valued.

Our work with Parents/Stakeholders aims to be open and take pride in resolving any concerns in a quick and timely manner. Our work ethic places the children at the front of all that we do.

Hi, I’m Ivan. I like to inspire myself and be inspiring to others. This means I always try my best at everything I do and never give up. I also like to make other people feel confident in what they are doing. I inspire others through my school work in class as well as in other activities such as football.
